The term of validity of your consent is unlimited, however, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written notification to the address: Moscow, Tvardovsky str., 5 building 2 apartment 244, EM K., marked "withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data". Your personal data will be deleted by the sole proprietor within 30 days of receiving this notification.
SP guarantees the following rights of the data subject: right to receive information about which personal data of data subject are kept by the PI; the right to deletion, clarification or correction of the stored personal data; other rights stipulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
Please note that the withdrawal of your consent to the processing of personal data entails the destruction of records containing your personal data in the information systems for processing personal data of SP.
