User Agreement
This User agreement defines the terms of use of materials and services of the sites https://www.easylab.agency , https://www.easy-verse.com and also represents an offer (public offer) to conclude a contract under the terms hereunder:
Using of materials and services of the Site is regulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
Using the Service in any way and in any form within its declared functionality, including:
- viewing the Site;
- sending a message using online forms on the Site;
- contacting the Site support service using the details posted on the Site;
- other use of the Service
is considered acceptance of this User agreement (public offer).
By availing any of the above opportunities of the Service, the user confirms that:
a) he / she has read the terms of this User Agreement in full before using the Service.
b) he / she accepts all the terms of this User Agreement in full without any exceptions and restrictions on its part and undertakes to comply with them or stop using the Service.
The Site administration has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this User Agreement at any time. Such changes take effect when the new version of the User Agreement is posted on the site. If the User does not agree with the changes made, they must refuse access to the Site and stop using the Site's materials and services.
1. General provisions
1.1. the following terms and definitions are used in this document:
a) Service – a set of functional features of software and hardware the User is granted access to for information service purposes.

C) User – Site user.

2. General terms of use of the Service
2.1. Mandatory condition for entering into this User Agreement is the full and unconditional acceptance and compliance by the User in the cases set out below with the requirements and provisions defined in the following documents (hereinafter referred to as Mandatory documents):

2.2. Site Administration is entitled to set limits and introduce other technical restrictions on the Service use, which will be brought to the attention of Users from time to time in a form and method chosen by the Site Administration.
3. Restrictions
By agreeing to the terms of this User agreement, You understand and acknowledge that:
3.1. provisions of the legislation on consumer protection are not applicable to the relations of the Parties under this Agreement.
3.2. Service is provided for use for information and entertainment purposes on an "as is" basis, and therefore Users are not provided with any guarantees that the Service will meet all the User's requirements.
3.3. Since the Service is at the stage of constant addition and updating of new functionality, the form and nature of the services provided may change from time to time without prior notice to the User. The Site administration is entitled, at its sole discretion, to terminate (temporarily or permanently) the provision of services (or any individual functions within the services) to all Users or to a specific user without prior notice.
3.4. User is warned that the Site Administration is not responsible for visiting and using external resources, links contained on the Site.
3.5. User agrees that the Site Administration is not responsible and has no direct or indirect obligations to the User in
connection with any possible or incurred losses or losses related to any content of the Site, copyright registration and information about such registration, goods or services available on or received through external sites or resources or other contacts of the User that he /she entered using the information posted on the Site or links to external resources.
4. Notifications
4.1. User agrees to receive electronic messages (hereinafter referred to as "notice") from the Site Administration to the email address specified by the User when using the Service.
4.2. Site Administration has the right to use notices to inform the User about changes and new features of the Service, about changes to the User agreement or Mandatory documents specified in it, as well as for newsletters of an informational or advertising nature. The Site administration has the right to send out advertising and information about the products, works and services of partners and contractors.
5. Other conditions
5.1. This User agreement, the procedure for its conclusion and execution, as well as issues not regulated by this User agreement, are regulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.2. Nothing in the User agreement can be understood as establishing Agency relations, partnership relations, joint activity relations, personal employment relations, or any other relations between the User and the Site Administration that are not expressly provided for in the User agreement.
The court's recognition of any provision of the User agreement as invalid or non-enforceable does not invalidate other provisions of the User agreement.
All disputes under the User agreement or in connection with it are subject to consideration in court in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.3. The user agrees to the Terms of use and privacy policies of the client to the YouTube API terms of use platforms and privacy policy, the Rules of the platform Vkontakte API, Terms Google privacy policy and User agreement and privacy Policy TikTok and Policy Linkidin for the professional community.
5.4. This User agreement may be changed or terminated by the Site Administration unilaterally without prior notice to the User and without payment of any compensation in this regard.
